1- Face coverings are now optional when entering the salon, if you feel more comfortable with a face covering on then please do wear one. All staff will have face visors on whist working in the salon this is following the government face to face guidelines.
2- Goldwell has now stated that we must re-do your skin test if you have used a home box colour in between your last service with us. This will need to be done before your next colour service.
3- All skin test need to be redone every 6 months, if you have not had your hair coloured within the last 6 months we will need to re do this for you. A small patch of colour will be put behind your ear and left for 48 hours. Please call to arrange your test, do not walk in to get this done, we must wait for a stylist free to assist in this process.
4- For a short period of time we have changed our timings
Monday 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 9am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 6pm
Friday 9am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 5.30 pm
5- To save disappointment Please book appointment over the phone or online as our walk in service will not be available. You are welcome to phone on the day to see if we have any spaces left for that day,
this dose included the gent’s appointments as we cannot accept walk-ins without full details.
6- Hand gel is available for use. Please as you enter the salon use one of these provided, NO gloves to be worn as this can spread more bacteria within the salon.
7- There will be a time delay in between each service to clean and sanitizer the area being used.
8- To keep the amount of people down please wait outside for your stylist to allow you to enter the salon.
We can call you when we are ready for you to enter the salon to the keep the amount of people down outside. Please on booking make sure we have up to date contact numbers for this service.
9- Tea/coffee & magazines will not be provided at this time, you are more than welcome to bring your own in.
10- We ask all clients to come on your own, if you have booked in with another member of your house hold you will still need to come in separate times as it’s a 1 client to 1 stylist ratio.
11- Discount vouchers or completed loyalty cards are not being accepted at this time.
12- OAP days (over 60) discounts days are now only being accepted on Mondays, this day will be good for vunerable clients.
13- Please be sure on what you would like done with your hair when booking your appointment, A mini consultation will take place over the phone this is so we can book the correct amount of time.
14- Card or cash payments are being accepted.
15- Future booking can be made online or over the phone. Colour bookings can only be made via phone, payment and booking will also be done whilst you are sat the station.
16- May we ask you to consider our stylist time, we do require 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment if you wish to cancel, this will avoid 20% late cancellation fee.
17- If you are late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule to a later time to avoid a delay in the day.
18- If you have any unwell Coronavirus symptoms and are concerned about your health please reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks’ time.
19- Deposits are non-refundable and will be taken at the time of your colour booking.
20 If you have a no show appointment we are unable to rebook an appointment without the late fee applied or you can call up on the day to see if we have an appointment free.
